Skinny Slow Cooker Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cubed
    2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 pound turkey sausage, casings removed and crumbled
    1 (14.5 ounce) can reduced sodium chicken broth
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine chicken thighs, tomatoes, turkey sausage, chicken broth, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, and ground black pepper in a slow cooker. Stir together to combine.
    Cook on Low until flavors are blended, about 6 hours.
