Pumpkin Potato Mash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 large potatoes, peeled
    2/3 cup pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    2 tablespoons butter
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
    1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
    1 pinch dried rosemary, or to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Add pumpkin puree, coconut milk, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary; mash.
