Vegan Cashew Cheese 2 Ways - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups raw cashew nuts
    1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Preparation
    Place cashews in the bowl of a food processor; pulse into a fine powder. Add nutritional yeast, cumin, and garlic powder. Blend, pouring water into the feed tube while the processor is running, until smooth and creamy. Remove 1/2 the cheese from the food processor. Add sriracha sauce to the food processor; pulse until well combined.
