Minty Cucumber Raita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup plain yogurt
    2 cups diced cucumber
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir the yogurt, cucumber, cilantro, mint, and cumin until the yogurt is smooth and creamy; season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cover and chill before serving.
