A Hearty Porridge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup quinoa
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup almond meal
    1/2 cup flaxseed meal
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1 small apple, chopped
    2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
    3 1/2 cups water
Preparation
    Combine oats, quinoa, raisins, walnuts, almond meal, flaxseed meal, coconut, apple, and cinnamon in a pot; add water. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring regularly; reduce heat and simmer until oats are tender and liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
