Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup coconut oil, solid or melted
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and coconut oil in a bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Mix in vanilla extract. Stir in confectioners' sugar, about 1/2 cup at a time, until frosting is smooth and creamy.
