Super Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups packed fresh spinach
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/4 cup edamame (green soybeans)
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup ginger-miso dressing, or to taste

Combine spinach, quinoa, carrots, cranberries, chickpeas, edamame, and pumpkin seeds in a bowl; add dressing and toss to coat.
