Spicy Potato Soup I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cubed
    2 red bell peppers, seeded and diced
    1 1/2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
    salt to taste
    ground black pepper to taste
    1 dash paprika
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    8 cups water
Preparation
    In a saucepan, fry potatoes in oil until golden brown.
    Stir in peppers, water, and seasonings. Cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
