Miso Maple-Glazed Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tablespoons yellow miso paste
    1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
    1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
    1 teaspoon hot chili sauce (such as Sriracha(R)) (optional)
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    2 (6 ounce) center-cut salmon fillets, with skin
Preparation
    Place oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
