Baby Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (14 ounce) cans baby beets - drained, rinsed, and quartered
    2 (15.5 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 large purple onion, cut into chunks
    2 cups apple cider vinegar
    2 cups orange juice
Preparation
    Stir the beets, oranges, onion, vinegar, and orange juice together in a bowl; serve immediately or chill until needed.
