Warm Trail Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
    2 tablespoons grape juice
    1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
    Mix oats, raisins, walnuts, sunflower seeds, grape juice, and maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl.
    Cook in microwave oven on High until hot, about 30 seconds.
