Healthy Carrot Milkshake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup rice milk
    1 carrot, shredded
    1/4 cup ice cubes, or as desired
    1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
    1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
    1 pinch ground nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Blend rice milk, carrot, ice cubes, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender until smooth, at least 45 seconds. Strain milkshake through a fine-mesh strainer into a cup 2 times to catch any carrot lumps.
