Spring Tea Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup sour cream
1 cup half and half
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 whole strawberries
Preparation

Blend sliced strawberries, sour cream, half and half, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth. Divide soup into 8 chilled bowls. Top each with a whole strawberry.
