Red Curry Paste Baker Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 fresh red chile peppers, chopped
    1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1 small red onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tablespoon ground coriander
    1 teaspoon ground turmeric
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon fish sauce
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation
    Blend chile peppers, cilantro, onion, garlic, coriander, and turmeric together in a blender until smooth. Add tomato paste, vegetable oil, fish sauce, and soy sauce; blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula as needed.
