1 white onion, quartered
4 cloves garlic
3 1/4 cups crushed tomatoes
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 pinch dried oregano, or to taste
1 pinch dried parsley, or to taste
Preparation

Combine onion and garlic in a food processor; process until finely chopped.
Pour tomatoes into a bowl. Stir in chopped onion and garlic. Add cilantro, cumin, oregano, and parsley.
