Nacho Mamas Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package sharp Cheddar cheese, chopped
4 green onions, cut into 4-inch pieces
1/2 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
1 (15 ounce) can ranch-style beans (such as Ranch Style(R))
1 (15.5 ounce) can pinto beans with jalapeno peppers and bacon (such as Trappey's(R)), drained
2/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 (10.5 ounce) bag scoop-shaped corn chips (such as Fritos(R) Scoops)
Preparation

Pulse Cheddar cheese and green onions together in a blender until evenly chopped; add cream cheese and pulse until blended. Pour in ranch-style beans; pulse to blend. Blend in pinto beans and cilantro until smooth. Serve with scoop-shaped corn chips.
