Paleo "Alfredo" Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup unsalted raw cashews
    1 1/2 cups boiling water, or more if needed
    2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
    2 teaspoons coconut oil
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste (optional)
    1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
Preparation
    Place cashews in a blender; cover with 1 1/2 cups boiling water and let sit for 15 minutes. Add nutritional yeast, coconut oil, garlic salt, sea salt, and pepper; blend until sauce becomes creamy, adding more water if needed.
