Paleo Tunamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 avocado, mashed
1/2 lime, juiced
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
2 teaspoons capers
2 tablespoons sliced scallion
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

Stir mashed avocado with lime juice in a bowl until smooth. Fold tuna, tomatoes, capers, and scallion through the avocado; season with salt and pepper.
