Italian Cannoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) container whole milk ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine ricotta cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and nutmeg in a bowl; whip at medium speed until smooth and blended. Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula.
