Tuna And Veggie Cucumber Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
    1/4 cup chopped carrot
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped broccoli
    3 tablespoons low-fat plain Greek-style yogurt
    2 tablespoons diced red onion
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    2 cucumbers, halved lengthwise and seeded
Preparation
    Mix tuna, carrot, celery, broccoli, yogurt, red onion, and mayonnaise together in a bowl; spread into the cucumber halves.
