Barilla® Gluten Free Lox Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) box Barilla(R) Gluten Free Rotini
    4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup green olives, sliced
    1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1 tablespoon capers in brine, drained
    1 cup smoked salmon (lox), sliced in strips
    1/2 cup green olives, sliced
    5 basil leaves, thinly sliced
    2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain pasta and toss with olive oil in a bowl. Let cool for 5 minutes.
    Combine pasta with all remaining ingredients. Garnish with hard boiled eggs.
    Serve immediately, do not chill.
