Chutney With Mint - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups chopped fresh mint leaves
    1/3 cup minced onion
    1/3 cup white sugar
    1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix the mint, onion, sugar, vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt. Cover the mixture and refrigerate 2 hours, or until chilled.
