Big-Time Avocado Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fully ripened Avocados from Mexico, halved, pitted and diced
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    In a bowl, toss avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt just until combined. Cover and refrigerate.
    Serve with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables, if desired.
