Quinoa Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooking spray
    1 cup cooked quinoa
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prepare 6 muffin cups with cooking spray.\n Watch Now
