Barb'S Curried Mango-Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 mangos - peeled, seeded and diced
    4 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
    2 tablespoons minced red onion
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 teaspoon curry powder
Preparation
    Toss together the mango, avocado, onion, lime juice, and curry powder in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
