Coconut Oil Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup coconut oil
    2 cups confectioners' sugar, or as needed
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Microwave coconut oil until melted, 30 to 45 seconds.
    Beat coconut oil, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl with a hand mixer until desired consistency is reached.
