Raita With A Kick - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green chile pepper, stemmed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons water, or as needed
1 cup Indian-style yogurt (such as GopiTM)
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine chile pepper, mint, cilantro, and 2 teaspoons water in a grinder; grind into a paste.
Stir chile paste and yogurt together in a bowl. Thin with remaining 4 teaspoons water. Season with salt.
