Finadene Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 Thai chile peppers, seeded and minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped

Preparation

Mix the Thai chiles, soy sauce, vinegar, water, garlic, and onion together in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator.
