Christina'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons minced shallots
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) bag baby spinach leaves
10 strawberries, sliced
1/3 cup toasted pecans
1/2 (4 ounce) log goat cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Place sugar, balsamic vinegar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, shallots, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika in a container with a tight-fitting lid; shake until mixed well. Add oil and shake to mix. Refrigerate for flavors to blend, 1 hour.
Combine spinach, strawberries, pecans, and goat cheese in a bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
