Almond Butter Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups almond milk
    2 peeled bananas, frozen
    4 pitted dates
    5 tablespoons almond butter
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1 tablespoon flax seeds
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Blend almond milk, bananas, dates, almond butter, cinnamon, flax seeds, and nutmeg together in a blender until smooth.
