Pear Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon chocolate-hazelnut spread
    1 teaspoon milk
    1 firm ripe pear, cored and thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons Yoplait(R) Original French Vanilla yogurt
    2 tablespoons chopped toasted hazelnuts
Preparation
    Stir together chocolate-hazelnut spread and milk.
    Spread the pear slices on a large plate and drizzle with yogurt and hazelnut spread mixture. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and serve.
