Steak San Marco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
    2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix (such as Lipton(R))
Preparation
    Combine beef stew meat, tomato sauce, vinegar, and onion soup mix in a slow cooker.
    Cook on Low until the beef is tender, 4 to 6 hours.
