Molasses Spice Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 cup ice cubes
    1 small frozen banana, sliced
    2 tablespoons unsulfured molasses
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 pinch ground cloves
Preparation
    Blend milk, oats, ice cubes, banana, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and cloves in a blender until smooth.
