Lick-The-Spoon Cilantro Jalapeno Aioli - cooking recipe

3/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
1 jalapeno, seeds and membrane removed, diced
1 1/2 garlic cloves, halved
1/2 lime, juiced
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 1 hour.
