5 slices hard salami
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened, or as needed
5 green onions, trimmed
Preparation

Lay salami slices on a plate and spread cream cheese on each. Place 1 green onion at the end of each piece of salami and roll salami around onion; secure with a toothpick.
