1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
32 crackers (such as Carr's(R) Table Water(R))
4 pears, peeled and sliced
32 dates, pitted and sliced
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
Preparation

Spread 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese onto each cracker; top with 1 pear slice and 1 date. Sprinkle each hors d'oeuvre with a pinch of tarragon.
