Eric'S Lemon Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups confectioners' sugar, or more as needed
    3/4 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tablespoons vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 pinch lemon zest, or more to taste
Preparation
    Beat confectioners' sugar, butter, and milk together in a bowl until desired consistency is reached. Add vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Add lemon juice and lemon zest; beat until smooth and thick.
