Paleo-Ish Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 tablespoon olive oil, or more as needed
Preparation
    Mix salmon, bread crumbs, onions, eggs, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic salt together in a bowl; form into patties.
    Heat oil in a grill-pan or skillet over medium heat; cook patties until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
