Paleo Coconut Walnut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons coconut oil
    1 large yellow squash, shredded
    1 large tomato, cut into large chunks
    1 cup walnuts
    3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir squash, tomato, walnuts, and garlic into coconut oil; cook and stir until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes.
