Ingredients
    1 packet Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS(R) LIGHT STARTTM Complete Nutritional Drink
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    8 ounces soy milk
Preparation
    Combine and blend in a blender until liquid. Tons of protein and good for lactose intolerant people like me.
