Bok Choy Thai Green Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup coconut water
    1 frozen chopped banana
    1 apple, cored
    1 leaf bok choy
    2 tablespoons broccoli sprouts, or to taste
    1 tablespoon shredded coconut
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger root
    1 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional)
Preparation
    Combine coconut water, banana, apple, bok choy, sprouts, coconut, chia seeds, ginger, and spirulina powder in a blender; blend until smooth.
