Tako Poki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound cooked octopus, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup sesame oil
    1/4 cup kosher salt (such as Morton(R))
Preparation
    Combine the octopus, green onions, sesame oil, and kosher salt in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
