2 small cucumbers, peeled and grated
1 (12 ounce) package silken tofu
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Himalayan pink salt to taste
1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

Squeeze excess water from cucumber using a paper towel.
Blend cucumber, tofu, dill, garlic, pink salt, and black pepper in a food processor until evenly mixed.
