Sainte Marthe Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Granny Smith apples, diced
1 medium zucchini, diced
1/4 cup almond slivers
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil, or more to taste
2 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
Preparation

Combine apples, zucchini, almond slivers, mint, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl; toss to combine.
Serve in clear glass bowls or cocktail glasses, which is the presentation used at the Parisian cafe where I first enjoyed this salad.
