Spicy Scarborough Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup dry white wine
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced (use gloves)
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
    3 rosemary sprigs, stripped and chopped
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
Preparation
    Pour the wine and olive oil into a mixing bowl. Add the minced habanero pepper, garlic, parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme; whisk until evenly blended.
