Mango Coconut Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mango chunks
    1/3 cup coconut milk, or more as needed
    1/4 cup honey
Preparation
    Blend mango chunks, coconut milk, and honey in a blender until smooth. Add a little more coconut milk to help the mixture blend, if needed. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze.
