Calico Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
    3 carrots, shredded
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    1 Red Delicious apple, cored and chopped
    1 Golden Delicious apple, cored and chopped
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons white sugar
    1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
    ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Toss the cabbage, carrots, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, Red Delicious apple, and Golden Delicious apple together in a large bowl.
    Whisk the apple cider vinegar, sugar, and sea salt together in a small bowl; season with black pepper. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cabbage mixture and gently toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
