Tasty Vegan Guacamole Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
    1/2 ripe tomato, thinly sliced
    4 thin slices cucumber
    1 thin slice red onion
    1 hoagie roll, split lengthwise
    1 dash lemon juice
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
    1 leaf Romaine lettuce
    1 teaspoon vegan mayonnaise (such as Veganaise(R)) (optional)
Preparation
    Layer avocado, tomato, cucumber, and red onion on the bottom half of the roll. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Place lettuce on top. Spread a thin layer of vegan mayonnaise onto the top half of the roll and place it on top of the sandwich.
