Fizzy Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 (3 ounce) package lime flavored Jell-O(R) mix
1 cup ginger ale

Preparation

Pour applesauce into a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Stir in gelatin until dissolved, then set aside to cool for about 1 hour. When cooled, gradually whisk in the ginger ale. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
