Watermelon Vidalia® Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups diced watermelon
    1 cup chopped sweet onion (such as Vidalia(R))
    1 serrano chile pepper, diced
    1 serrano chile pepper, seeded and diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
    2 pinches garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine the watermelon, onion, serrano chile peppers, garlic, and cilantro in a large bowl; add the salt and garlic powder and stir to combine. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
